Our Eco Promise
We are passionate about reducing the use of single-use plastics and ensure the chemicals we use are kind to the environment; so much so, you can use your oven as soon as our work is done! We also enjoy traveling around from job to job in our fully electric van, making sure our carbon footprint is reduced as much as possible.
However, there is always room for improvement and we are constantly researching new products and cleaning methods to improve on our Eco Promise. Please see some of the choices we have made for our business:
- We use 100% eco-friendly cleaning products that are non-caustic and biodegradable, with no odours or fumes
- We drive a fully electric van
- We use an electric powered dip tank, rather than propane gas
- We recycle the materials we use, including metals, plastics and paper
- We use cotton and bamboo cloths and limit the use of synthetic cloths, which can release harmful plastics into the environment
- We don’t use plastic scourers, instead we use metal and coconut based scourers. We love the coconut scourer as it is plastic free, free from toxic chemicals, naturally antibacterial and biodegradable!
- All of our printed materials are printed on 100% recycled paper or card
- We limit the use of single-use plastics where at all possible and try our very best to ensure all single-use plastics are recyclable
- We limit our use of paper towels where possible
- We try our best to limit travel and book appointments in one area on the same day
- We also use natural cleaning products and love a bit of lemon and vinegar!
